The Pavilion Management Company Limited was established in 2008, thus enabling all owners of flats and houses on The Pavilion, Burton Road, Lincoln. LN1 3AH to have equal shares in the freehold of the site.Owners share the cost and administration of maintaining the common areas of the site to a high standard.
A small number of the shareholders have volunteered their time to run the company and assist in ensuring the site is maintained to an excellent standard for the benefit of all shareholders. The Pavilion Management Company would welcome more owners to volunteer their time to assist with the smooth running of the site, enabling the Company to keep service charges down. Each Year during November, an Annual General Meeting is held where all owners of the properties can meet to discuss the running of the Company and the priorities for the maintenance of the site for the forthcoming year.
Each year a service charge fee is payable by all owners of the properties. The service charge fee for the forthcoming year is communicated to owners in Octoberfor payment due by 1st January and currently there is an option to pay by the first Friday (7th) in February but at a higher fee.
To assist in maintaining the common areas of the site, as agreed at the November 2017 AGM, the directors have engaged from December 2017, Jigsaw Property Solutions to manage the planned and adhoc maintenance of the site. Any requests from owners for maintenance of the common areas of the site are to be notified by completing the maintenance form on this website. The online maintenance form will go to Jigsaw Property Solutions with a copy to one of the volunteers to authorise any remedial repair work.
